Position Overview:

Join CEVA Servicios de Mexico as a Rating & Billing Specialist within our Transportation Operations department, based in Apodaca-Monterrey. This role is pivotal to our Operations Division, focusing on the accurate rating and billing processes essential to securing revenue and ensuring operational integrity.

In this position, you will be responsible for meticulously managing billing data, generating precise invoices, resolving any discrepancies with efficiency, and maintaining clear communication with our customers regarding billing inquiries. You will contribute directly to month-end closing activities and work in close collaboration with multiple internal departments to uphold billing accuracy, compliance, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Thoroughly review and verify billing data to maintain the highest standards of accuracy and prevent revenue leakage.

Generate and deliver invoices punctually and professionally, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.

Investigate, analyze, and resolve billing discrepancies, providing transparent explanations and corrective solutions in a timely manner.

Serve as a primary point of contact for customer billing inquiries, promoting effective communication and fostering strong client relationships.

Support month-end financial closing by coordinating billing and accounting functions to meet deadlines and internal control policies.

Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, sales, customer service, and other departments to ensure harmonious operations and billing precision.

Manage daily billing and auditing activities related to assigned claims, ensuring adherence to company policies and applicable state and federal regulations.

Additional Responsibilities:

Maintain detailed and organized documentation of billing processes, adjustments, and audit trails to support internal reviews and continuous process improvements.

Identify potential enhancements in billing workflows and recommend procedural changes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.

Stay informed on evolving regulatory standards and industry best practices related to billing and transportation operations to ensure ongoing compliance.

Contribute to the development and implementation of training and guidance materials related to billing and rating procedures.

Participate in special projects and cross-functional initiatives aimed at optimizing transportation billing operations and financial performance.

Candidate Profile:
