Estimator / Project Manager

What You'll Be Doing:

Review bid documents and coordinate with leadership to assess project viability

Prepare detailed unit price estimates using complex Excel-based databases

Attend pre-bid meetings and manage bid bond requests and front-end documentation

Collaborate with operations teams to transition projects post-bid

Manage multiple projects, balancing estimating duties with project oversight

Travel regularly to project sites and pre-bid meetings

Maintain accurate and thorough bid proposals, ensuring compliance

About You:

5+ years of estimating experience in a heavy civil or environmental construction

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Solid understanding of earthwork, excavation, utility work, and demolition estimating

Self-motivated, eager to learn, and adaptable to a dynamic work environment
