About This Role

*This role is based out of Bloomington, CA but requires frequent travel throughout Southern California. Per diem is provided and hotel paid for by company when traveling overnight.

We are seeking a highly skilled Journeyman Electrician who has strong experience working on HVAC systems in the commercial and industrial sectors.

What You'll Do

Install, commission, and service electrical infrastructure for HVAC systems, including high- and low-voltage circuits, motor controls, and energy management interfaces.

Interpret and apply electrical schematics, mechanical blueprints, and control diagrams to ensure accurate system integration and compliance with design specifications.

Ensure full adherence to the California Electrical Code (CEC), NEC, and OSHA safety standards, including proper grounding, bonding, and circuit protection for HVAC equipment.

Deploy to various commercial and industrial job sites across Southern California, with flexibility for overnight travel based on project demands and scheduling.

Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, including project managers, HVAC technicians, and subcontractors, to align electrical installations with mechanical system requirements and construction timelines.

What You'll Bring

Minimum 5 years of experience as a commercial or industrial electrician

California Certified Electrician

Strong experience with HVAC electrical systems, including VFDs and motor controls

A valid driver's license

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Willingness to travel and stay overnight as needed

Strong understanding of safety procedures and OSHA regulations

What You'll Get

Competitive wages: $42 to $45 hourly, depending on experience

Per diem provided by and hotel covered when traveling overnight
