Iron Worker

Position: Ironworker

Location: Columbus, OH

Pay Rate: $28 $30 per hour

Hours: 40 50 hours per week

Key Responsibilities:

Erect structural steel, install precast panels, and assemble metal buildings

Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications

Cut, shape, and fabricate metal components using hand and power tools

Operate cranes, hoists, and rigging systems for safe lifting and positioning

Ensure all work follows OSHA and site safety standards

Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and quality goals

Requirements:

Proven experience as an Ironworker

Skilled in steel erection, rigging, and metal building assembly

Strong understanding of construction methods and materials

Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately

Physically capable of demanding tasks in all weather conditions

Reliable transportation required

Safety-minded and dependable

Must have a OSHA 10 or higher certificate
