Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute the companys financial strategy.

Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

Ensure compliance with tax, financial, and regulatory requirements.

Monitor and control costs to improve financial efficiency.

Support business decision-making through financial analysis.

Manage relationships with banks, Auditors, regulators, and tax authorities.

Lead and develop the finance team.

Job Experience and Skills Required:

Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

CPA, ACCA, or equivalent professional qualification required.

Minimum 810 years senior finance experience, preferably in a similar industry.

Strong knowledge of financial regulations and tax laws.

ERP system experience (e.g., SAP and Oracle).
