Requirements:

Cost estimation: Reviewing architectural plans to estimate material and labour costs and prepare budgets.

Budget management: Monitoring project costs, tracking expenses against the budget, and making adjustments as needed.

Contract administration: Preparing, negotiating, and managing contracts with contractors, suppliers, and subcontractors.

Risk assessment: Identifying potential financial or construction risks and developing strategies to mitigate them.

Financial reporting: Preparing detailed progress reports and final accounts for clients and stakeholders.

Liaison and communication: Acting as a link between clients, project managers, architects, and engineers.

Procurement: Managing the tender process, including evaluating bids and awarding work to subcontractors.
