Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Staff Accountant to join our growing finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Bank Reconciliations, Fixed Assets, and Accounts Receivables, with Cost Accounting experience considered a major plus. The Senior Staff Accountant will play a key role in ensuring financial accuracy and supporting operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities of the next Senior Staff Accountant:

The Senior Staff Accountant will perform monthly Bank Reconciliations and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.

Maintain and update Fixed Assets records, including depreciation schedules and asset disposals.

Oversee the Accounts Receivables process, ensuring accurate billing and prompt collections.

Support Cost Accounting functions, including cost analysis and inventory valuation.

Assist in preparing financial statements and reports in accordance with GAAP.

The Senior Staff Accountant will contribute to month-end and year-end close procedures.

Collaborate with internal teams and external auditors to ensure compliance and transparency.

The Senior Staff Accountant will identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.

Ensure adherence to internal controls and company policies.

The Senior Staff Accountant will provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making.

Senior Staff Accountant Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA designation preferred.

Minimum of 5 years of relevant accounting experience.

Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

Demonstrated expertise in Bank Reconciliations, Fixed Assets, and Accounts Receivables.

Cost Accounting experience is highly preferred.

Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

Location: 100% on-site

Compensation: $60,000 - $80,000 + Considerable Bonus
