Production Associate – Medical Device Manufacturing (Sumter, SC) Pay: $15.40/hour (Base: $15.00/hr + $0.40 shift differential) Schedule: 3-2-2-3 rotation 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM Type: Long-Term Contract / Contract-to-Hire Position Overview Join a leading medical device manufacturer in Sumter, SC as a Production Associate.

In this role, you’ll support the fabrication, assembly, testing, and packaging of high-quality medical products in a clean and controlled environment.

Key Responsibilities Perform a variety of tasks in the fabrication, manufacture, assembly, testing, and packaging of medical devices.

Set up, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot production equipment.

Conduct quality inspections in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality guidelines.

Follow all safety and quality protocols in a regulated manufacturing environment.

Rotate through various tasks as needed and collaborate effectively within a team.

Requirements Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience: 0–1 year of manufacturing or assembly experience preferred.

Skills: Strong attention to detail and quality.

Effective communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to read, write, and interpret specifications in English.

Basic math and measurement tool skills (e.g., microscopes). Physical Requirements: Regularly required to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods.

Occasionally lift/move up to 50 lbs.
