Early Years Practitioners – Market Harborough

ACR Recruitment & Training Ltd are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Early Years Practitioners to join a friendly and supportive childcare team. This is a fantastic opportunity for passionate professionals looking to make a real difference in children’s early development.

We have a range of roles available across both Nursery and Wraparound/Holiday Club settings, with opportunities for Level 2, Level 3, and Senior Practitioners.

Available Roles

Wraparound & Holiday Club Practitioner – Part-time (Level 2 or 3)

Nursery Practitioner – Full-time and part-time options available (Level 2 or 3)

Senior Nursery Practitioner – Full-time (Level 3 or above, part-time considered)

Pay Rates

Level 2: £12.27 per hour

Level 3: £12.85 per hour

Senior Level 3 or above: £13.35 per hour

Key Responsibilities

Provide high-quality care and learning experiences for children in line with the EYFS framework.

Support children’s development through play-based and engaging activities.

Maintain a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment.

Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.

Ensure all safeguarding and nursery policies are upheld at all times.

Requirements

Level 2 or 3 Early Years/Childcare qualification (UK recognised or equivalent – essential).

Good understanding of the EYFS framework.

Previous experience within a nursery or early years setting (preferred).

Passionate, caring, and adaptable childcare professional.
