Material Handler – Manufacturing Support (Temp to Hire, $18/hr + Overtime)

12-hour shifts, Monday–Thursday

About the Role:

Qualified Staffing is hiring experienced Material Handlers for a well-established manufacturer in Louisburg, NC. This full-time, temp-to-hire position offers steady hours, weekly pay, and the chance to grow with a strong company.

Key Duties:

Move raw materials and finished goods throughout the facility

Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, or other handling equipment

Stage and replenish materials for production lines

Track inventory and complete basic documentation

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

Requirements:

1+ years of experience in material handling, warehouse, or manufacturing

Forklift experience preferred (certification a plus)

Ability to lift, bend, and stand for 12-hour shifts

Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment

Must pass a drug screen and background check
