Job Description
Manage all aspects of construction projects, from planning to completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
Supervise on-site operations, including subcontractors and site staff, to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to resolve any construction-related challenges.
Maintain accurate project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and progress reports.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure adherence to project specifications.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates and address any concerns.
Implement and enforce company policies, safety protocols, and industry regulations.
Assist in forecasting and resource allocation to optimize project efficiency.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Big Box Superintendent should have:
A strong background in construction management, with experience in large-scale projects.
Familiarity with construction safety standards and industry regulations.
