Are you a detail-oriented accounting professional who thrives in a fast-paced and collaborative environment? We’re looking for a Home-Based Accounting Assistant to join our U.S.-based client in the promotional products industry. In this role, you’ll be responsible for performing daily accounting functions, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting both accounts payable and receivable operations. You’ll work closely with internal teams and management to ensure smooth financial processes and timely reporting.

REQUIRED CORE COMPETENCIES

Communicative: Maintains clear and professional communication with clients, vendors, and internal teams.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Accounts Payable

Enter all invoices into Syncore system and/or QuickBooks

Prepare weekly check runs based on cash flow

Accounts Receivable

Invoice all clients upon order completion

Make collection contacts on a routine basis

Issue past-due notices and statements

Royalty entry and submissions

Assist with year-end financial statements

Ensure efficient and accurate posting of transactions

Any other tasks assigned by the Executive Team

WHAT WE LOOK FOR

Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or any related field.

Experience: 1-3 years of Accounting experience.

Language Proficiency: Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills.

Working schedule: Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours.

Technical Skills:

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace

Highly skilled with Microsoft Excel.

Has a growth mindset, there will be continual ongoing training

Has love for business development and working with numbers

Has the ability to perform clerical functions to support supervisors, including researching, tracking, and resolving accounting problems

WHAT WE OFFER

Salary Range: PHP 35,000 – 40,000

Industry: Promotional

Job Type: Full-time

Work Shift: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST (USA)

Workdays: Monday through Friday (USA)
