Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a seamless experience across all channels.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
Resolve customer complaints by identifying the issue, offering solutions, and following through to ensure satisfaction.
Maintain a detailed record of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints in our CRM system.
Provide product information, advice, and troubleshooting assistance to enhance customer understanding and use.
Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve service delivery and customer experience.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service is a plus.
Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
Proficiency in using customer service software, including CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to multitask, prioritize duties, and manage time effectively in a busy setting.
