Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) LTC – Fairmont, WV

Wise Medical Staffing is currently seeking (2) LPNs for contract work. The ideal LPN candidate will possess a license/certification in the state of West Virginia with at least 1 year of long-term care experience.

CONTRACT DETAILS:

3-month contract

7p-7a

$30-$34 hour

LPN Requirements:

Drug/Alcohol Screen

Annual physical and/or statement from your physician with no medical restrictions

Vaccination documents flu vaccine

Negative (2) two step TB skin test or chest X-Ray

Background check

Copy of current CPR certification

Copy of driver’s license or picture ID

Copy of social security card

Copy of covid vaccine card or waiver
