About the Role
The Territory Sales Manager will leverage their technical knowledge and sales experience to develop strong client relationships, identify opportunities, and deliver engineered water treatment solutions. The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for the full sales cycle—from prospecting and proposal development to closing deals and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the water treatment sector
Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities with industrial, commercial, and municipal clients
Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to design and present tailored solutions
Prepare proposals, quotations, and technical documentation to support bids and projects
Maintain and grow existing customer accounts through ongoing support and relationship management
Provide market insights, competitor intelligence, and feedback to support business growthQualifications
7–12 years of proven technical sales experience in the water treatment industry (equipment, services, or process solutions)
Strong understanding of groundwater, wastewater, reuse, or process water treatment technologies
Demonstrated ability to manage complex sales cycles and negotiate contracts
Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
Technical degree (Engineering, Environmental Science, Chemistry, or related field) is required
