Title: Maintenance Supervisor - Packaging/Blow Mold

Location: Columbus, OH - ON SITE

Salary: $120,000-$130,000/Year + 10% BONUS + Incentive Bonus (RELOCATION OFFERED)

Requirements: 7+ Years in a Maintenance Supervisor role working with packaging, blow molding or injection molding products. Candidate must have a strong understanding of leadership in a hands on/high speed manufacturing facility. An understanding of Plastics/Packaging and Food Manufacturing will be important for the right candidate. What You Will Be Doing

The Maintenance Supervisor is foremost a leader and responsible for making decisions regarding the proper functioning of hydraulic electrical equipment that manufactures blow-molded bottles and containers.

Checking machinery and assigning repairs and upgrades to technicians as needed

Ensuring that all assignments are completed correctly and in a timely manner

Working on specified projects and being accountable for completion

Troubleshooting and solving any machinery issues that arise in plant

Scheduling team and overseeing performance

Participating in daily meetings with other shift leaders and management

Training of new team members

Interacting with clients and vendors in a professional manner

Reasonable mandatory overtime may be required due to business needs.

What You Need for this Position

6+' experience in high output plastics manufacturing environment with in depth knowledge of hydraulic electrical equipment

5+ years' experience working in maintenance field as manager with direct reports

Strong leadership skills and ability to effectively assess situations and make appropriate decisions

Ability to analyze skills of team members and recognize their strengths and areas of development

Professionalism and dedication to excellence in customer care
