Main Duties include:
Act as the initial contact for customers seeking emergency or scheduled service work
Coordinate service and inspection work orders, including dispatching technicians and managing subcontractors
Process purchase orders and handle inventory restocking
Assist with project documentation and tracking labor hours
Manage collection of past-due invoices and update scheduling systems
Support ordering and procurement of materials from vendors
Maintain logs of inspection reports and related administrative duties
Collaborate with team members such as the Service Manager, Inspection Manager, and Service Supervisor What you'll enjoy:
