Required Skills & Qualifications

Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2

Experience in configurations, implementation, and support of Contracting, Risk Management, Obligations, and Sourcing modules in Agiloft

Proven track record of designing and configuring Agiloft implementations for enterprise clients

Ability to translate and document user requirements into functional specifications

Experience in troubleshooting complex contract workflows and issues

Strong communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders effectively

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

Agiloft certified Business Analyst, Implementer, or Implementation Specialist

Experience with Workato Automation (Pro 1, Pro 2, Pro 3)

Experience in leading multiple, concurrent projects

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Drive requirements and use case sessions with business stakeholders

Analyze and document Agiloft CLM issues, providing proactive solutions

Lead and manage tickets to resolution using systems like ServiceNow, Salesforce, and JIRA

Conduct training sessions for stakeholders, users, and technical teams

Ensure quality and on-time delivery of projects
