We are currently accepting applications for a: Loan Operations Clerk. Houlton Operation Center

Responsibilities include:

Set up and verify all types of retail and/or commercial loans on the core operating system

Daily and Monthly Loan Reporting

Assist internal and external customers with inquires and research regarding loan accounts

Monitor and distribute a variety of system-generated reports as well as create and/or update loan logs when applicable.

Review and remit various insurance premiums and escrow disbursements

Track, process, and remit loan payment

Qualifications include:

Three to five years related experience and/or training; or combination of education and experience

Excellent customer service skills

Flexible and work well in a team environment

Fully computer literate

Ability to read and interpret documents

A clean criminal background history and satisfactory to Bank standards credit report are required
