Acura of Los Angeles Westside Culver City, CA

Acura of Los Angeles Westside, LA's newest luxury franchise under dynamic new ownership, is seeking an experienced and driven Parts & Service Director to lead our fixed operations team. MUST HAVE HONDA AND/OR ACURA EXPERIENCE This is an immediate opening for a results-oriented professional ready to take ownership of a high-potential department and help shape the future of our dealership.

About the Role

The Parts & Service Director will oversee all aspects of the service and parts departments - ensuring efficiency, profitability, and an exceptional client experience that aligns with Acura's premium brand standards. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, operational excellence, and a hands-on approach to team management and process improvement.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of both the Service and Parts Departments.

Drive profitability while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction scores.

Implement best practices for workflow, scheduling, and quality control.

Lead, motivate, and train service advisors, technicians, and parts personnel.

Manage budgets, forecast sales, and monitor departmental performance metrics.

Ensure compliance with manufacturer and dealership policies.

Develop customer retention and loyalty initiatives.

Collaborate closely with executive leadership to align departmental goals with overall dealership objectives.

Qualifications

Minimum 5+ years of fixed operations or service management experience, preferably with Acura, Honda, or another luxury brand.

Proven track record of improving CSI and increasing departmental profitability.

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Knowledge of dealership management systems (CDK, Reynolds, or similar).

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
