Licensed Capacity: 114 places

Hourly Rate: $35.35 – $43.54/hour (WT 2.1 – 3.4 incl. 25% casual loading)

About the Role

We are seeking passionate and flexible Casual Educators to join our vibrant team at Busy Bees at Armstrong Creek. This is a great opportunity to work across different age groups, support children’s daily routines, and create engaging, play-based learning experiences.

Your responsibilities will include:

Assisting with the delivery of educational programs across multiple rooms

Supporting children’s wellbeing, learning, and development in line with the EYLF

Adapting to different rooms and routines while building collaborative relationships with colleagues

Building respectful and positive partnerships with children and families

Maintaining compliance with the NQF and service policies

What You’ll Need

Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA approved)

Current VIC Working with Children Check (Employee)

Current First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma certifications

Knowledge of EYLF and NQF requirements

Flexibility to work shifts between 6:30 AM – 6:30 PM, Monday to Friday
