ZLab International is seeking a PPIC/Purchasing Assistant to join our team.
As a PPIC/Purchasing Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the procurement process, managing supplier relationships, and assisting with inventory control to ensure smooth operations of the business.
Key Responsibilities: Assist in sourcing and purchasing goods and services required for the company.
Coordinate and liaise with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
Process purchase orders, track deliveries, and resolve any discrepancies.
Maintain records of all purchasing transactions, including invoices and receipts.
Assist with monitoring inventory levels and reorder supplies as necessary.
Support the Supervisor with cost analysis and supplier negotiations.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement regulations.
Provide administrative support for the procurement team, including filing, data entry, and reporting.
Qualifications: Educational Requirements: A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or any related field is a plus.
Experience: 1-2 years of experience in purchasing, supply chain, or a related administrative role preferred.
Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Knowledge of procurement software (ERP, SAP, etc.) is an advantage.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Good understanding of inventory management and purchase order systems.
