Domingo, Angeles City, Pampanga Employment Type: Full-Time Office-Based Day Shift Monday to Friday Start Date: ASAP Job Summary: We are looking for a Technical Support Representative (TSR) with hands-on experience in Odoo ERP to provide high-quality technical assistance to our clients.
The ideal candidate will handle support tickets, troubleshoot functional and technical issues, and ensure timely resolutions while maintaining excellent customer service standards.
Key Responsibilities: Provide first-level technical support for Odoo ERP users via phone, email, or chat.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues across various Odoo modules (Sales, Inventory, Accounting, HR, CRM, etc.). Assist clients with system configurations, updates, and user access.
Escalate complex technical issues to higher-level support or development teams.
Document all interactions, issues, and resolutions in the ticketing system.
Collaborate with internal teams to improve support processes and product knowledge.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional and proactive communication.
Qualifications & Requirements: At least 1 year of experience as a Technical Support Representative in a BPO setting.
Solid understanding of Odoo modules, database structure, and basic customization.
(preferred but not required) Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
Customer-oriented, with the ability to convey technical information clearly and professionally.
Proficient in using ticketing systems Willing to work on-site Available to start immediately.
