A Customer Service Representative (CSR) is the first point of contact for any customer who has a question or an issue with a product or service the company sells. Qualifications At least HS/SHS Graduate No minimum experience required. BPO experience is a plus or Customer Facing Experience Average to good English communication skills Flexible to schedule (O.T, Holidays, Weekends, Shifting Schedule)
