Duties and Responsibilities:
Identifying and qualifying new business opportunities within the health and beauty industry
Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts and decision-makers
Negotiating and closing sales contracts to meet or exceed revenue targets
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs and deliver tailored solutions
Staying up-to-date with industry trends, market intelligence, and competitor activities
Providing regular reports and updates on sales activities and pipeline progress. Job Qualifications:
With at least 1-2 years experience in business development or account management role
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively present and negotiate.
Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Previous experience in the cosmetics, beauty industry is an advantage but not required
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and revenue goal
