Project: E-Cigarettes (Philip Morris) Qualifications:

College graduate or at least 2 years in college.

With a sales or retail sales background.

Confident and charismatic personality.

Average English communication skills

Work experience in customer service is required.

Willing to work on shifting schedules. Responsibilities:

Welcome consumers in-store, understand their needs, offer guidance, and assist with the discovery of electronic cigarettes.

Educate adults who would otherwise continue to smoke or use other nicotine products about the e-cigarette product and conduct guided trials.

Perform seamless purchase transactions, including customization, database registration, and after-sales services.

Provide exceptional customer service by executing product diagnosis, handling returns, and processing replacements in line with the company’s consumer-centric principles. Benefits:
