What you’ll contribute to
Step into a key coordination role as a Procurement Planning & Contracts Coordinator, where your attention to detail and organisational skills will support the smooth operation of procurement activities across Toyota Australia. Sitting within the Finance & Procurement Division, you’ll help ensure contract administration and vendor governance processes run efficiently, while supporting broader procurement planning and continuous improvement initiatives.
This is a permanent, full-time position based in Port Melbourne, with hybrid work arrangements and fortnightly travel to the Altona Office.
How you’ll make an impact
Vendor Contract Management: Coordinate renewals, monitor risks, and ensure compliance with governance and regulatory requirements.
Procurement Systems Administration: Maintain procurement systems (e.g., Coupa), including contract uploads and lifecycle support.
Reporting & Insights: Provide stakeholders with updates and insights on contract status, planning, and governance.
Stakeholder Support: Deliver responsive customer service for procurement systems and contract-related queries.
Process Improvement: Support procurement planning and contribute to Kaizen initiatives to enhance compliance and efficiency.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Legal, IT, and senior stakeholders to align procurement activities with policies and procedures.

Relevant degree preferred, with 1–2 years’ experience in procurement, contracts administration, or a similar role.
Procurement Systems Knowledge: Familiarity with Procure-to-Pay platforms such as Coupa or SAP.
Process & Governance Understanding: Solid grasp of procurement processes, vendor governance, and compliance requirements.
Technical Proficiency: Competent in Microsoft Office, with working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
Organisational & Coordination Skills: Strong planning, multitasking, and project coordination abilities.
Interpersonal & Collaboration Skills: Effective communicator with stakeholder management skills and a proactive, improvement-focused mindset.
