We are a fast-growing real estate media company serving agents, teams, and brokerages across the Nashville area. About the Role

This is a full-time (40 hr/week), Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM position designed for someone who loves a blend of operations, client communication, and team coordination. You’ll play a key role in improving workflows, supporting both internal team members and clients, and helping the business run like a well-oiled machine.

This role is mostly remote, but you must live within 45 minutes of Nashville for occasional in-person team meetings and real estate events.

What You’ll Do

Serve as a main point of contact for clients with warmth, clarity, and professionalism

Go above and beyond to create exceptional client experiences

Support and coordinate photographers, editors, and VAs across multiple projects

Manage scheduling, task delegation, and communication across the team

Monitor workflows and identify process improvements

Keep projects organized and moving forward in a fast-paced environment

Assist with onboarding new clients and maintaining strong relationships

Answer questions from team members and help wherever needed

Use and learn multiple software tools to streamline operations

Tools You’ll Use

You don’t need to know these all on day one - but you must be tech-savvy and very comfortable learning new platforms quickly.

Who We’re Looking For

Must Haves:

Based within 45 minutes of Nashville, TN

Strong admin/operations background

Excellent written and verbal communication

Obsessed with client experience and service excellence

Trustworthy, reliable, and highly responsive

Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects

Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented

Tech/computer savvy and confident learning new platforms

Team-focused: willing to pitch in and help anyone

Proactive problem-solver who takes initiative

Bonus (Not Required):

Experience in real estate or adjacent industries (ex: transaction coordinator)

Experience supporting sales, customer success, or client relations

Experience working remotely

Pay & Perks

$45,000 - $65,000/year depending on experience
