Position: Mutual Funds Wealth Management Branch Service Professional

Location: Columbus, OH- Onsite

Duration: 12 Months

Pay Rate: $22/hr (W2)

Description

Join Morgan Stanley as a Mutual Funds Wealth Management Branch Service Professional, providing industry-leading service to branch personnel regarding Mutual Funds and 529 products. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional support in a fast-paced environment, ensuring a high-quality client experience.

Work Schedule

Must be available to work an 8-hour shift between 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM (ET)

Key Responsibilities

Deliver world-class customer service in all interactions with field-facing counterparts

Manage a high volume of service requests efficiently in a fast-paced setting

Troubleshoot mutual fund order entry and trade adjustment inquiries

Support the field with mutual fund journal requests

Assist with 529 plans and apply firm policies for account opening and maintenance

Provide necessary paperwork documentation for new accounts, change of broker-dealer, and rollover requests

Maintain a strong understanding of firm procedures and compliance requirements

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience)

Financial services experience required; mutual fund experience preferred

Inbound call experience required

Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills

Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-up abilities

Demonstrated ability to research, resolve, and escalate service inquiries as needed

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a collaborative, high-activity team environment
