Position Overview
The bartender is responsible for crafting and serving high-quality cocktails, wines, and beverages while creating a welcoming and memorable bar experience for guests. The ideal candidate combines technical mixology skills with a polished, personable demeanor and thrives in a sophisticated, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
• Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and style.
• Provide exceptional service and engage guests with professionalism and warmth.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area at all times.
• Ensure compliance with all alcohol service laws and restaurant policies.
• Assist in developing and executing seasonal cocktail menus and drink pairings.
• Maintain accurate cash handling and POS transactions.
• Collaborate with servers and management to ensure smooth bar and dining operations.
• Restock bar supplies, inventory, and garnishes as needed.
Qualifications
• Minimum 2 years of bartending experience in upscale or fine-dining environments.
• Strong knowledge of classic and modern cocktails, wines, and spirits.
• Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• TIPS or ServSafe Alcohol certification preferred.
