Pay: $19.00 – $19.50/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 3:30 AM – 11:30 AM
Weekend and holiday availability required, as needed

Position Overview

We’re looking for a Warehouse Monitoring Associate to provide vital early morning support within a busy warehouse and distribution center. In this role, you'll help ensure safety and operational integrity by monitoring surveillance systems and performing routine facility patrols.
Please note: This is not a security officer position. While the role involves surveillance and patrol duties, it is focused on safety, policy enforcement, and facility operations—not law enforcement or security enforcement.
Core Responsibilities
Surveillance & Patrol
Monitor facility cameras and systems for safety, compliance, and unusual activity
Conduct 3–4 physical patrols per shift (interior and exterior)
Ensure doors and access points are properly secured
Report safety hazards, maintenance issues, and irregularities
Prevent unauthorized access and enforce protocol compliance
Facility Oversight & Administration
Manage building access (ID badges, visitor/vendor passes)
Maintain accurate logs of patrols, incidents, and visitor activity
Use internal systems to submit facility issues or maintenance requests
Support general cleanliness and safety standards throughout the building
Identify and escalate the presence of prohibited items or suspicious activity
Training & Onboarding Support
Assist with onboarding by communicating facility policies and protocols to new team members
Monitor adherence to safety procedures and report any gaps or violations
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
Minimum 1 year of experience in facilities, warehouse operations, or similar support role
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information appropriately
Professional, reliable, and collaborative work ethic
