What You’ll Do:
As a Outside Sales Representative, you’ll be out in the community every day, meeting customers face-to-face through door-to-door sales. This isn’t a desk job—it’s hands-on, people-first, and full of energy.
We work with and represent several partners across the Dallas–Fort Worth and Texarkana area, giving you the chance to promote trusted services while building valuable experience in the field. Because you’ll be traveling between different neighborhoods and partner areas, a valid driver’s license and a reliable car are required. Strong English communication skills are also necessary, as you’ll be connecting directly with customers.
Engage directly with homeowners and residents through door-to-door interactions, introducing them to our partners’ services in a friendly and professional way.
Build genuine connections by listening to customers’ needs, answering questions, and helping them find the right solution.
Represent our brand and partners with confidence and positivity, making every conversation count.

At this time, we do not offer traditional benefits (like health insurance or retirement plans). Instead, we provide a higher commission structure with uncapped earning potential, giving you the opportunity to directly control your income.
Requirements
Valid driver’s license and reliable car required
Fluent in English (spoken and written)
Comfortable with door-to-door field sales and face-to-face interactions
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and stay motivated in a fast-paced environment

Previous experience in sales, hospitality, customer service, or other people-focused roles
Bilingual skills (Spanish/English is a big plus)
Tech-savvy and comfortable using apps/tools to track performance and customer interactions
