Our company is currently seeking a Payroll/Billing Assistant to join our team! You will be responsible for Billing out daily loads and payroll for drivers.

Responsibilities:

Invoice daily loads

Customer service

Check the accuracy of business transactions

Perform data entry

Qualifications:

Previous experience in accounting, finance, or other related fields

Fundamental knowledge of Quick Books

Ability to prioritize and multitask

Strong organizational skills

Deadline and detail-oriented
