We are seeking a Floor Manager to support the General Manager in overseeing front-of-house operations, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and leading the service team on the floor. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for a strong operator with a passion for hospitality and guest engagement.
Qualifications
3+ years of front-of-house restaurant leadership experience (Floor Manager, AGM, or Head Server)
Strong understanding of service standards in upscale or high-volume environments
Excellent communication and team leadership skills
Guest-focused mindset with a calm, solutions-oriented approach
Reliable, detail-oriented, and highly organized
Flexible schedule (nights, weekends, holidays required)
Key Responsibilities
Lead daily floor operations to ensure smooth service and outstanding guest experiences
Supervise, train, and motivate front-of-house team members during shifts
Support scheduling, side work, opening/closing procedures, and service standards
Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and urgency
Partner with the GM and Chef on service flow, menu updates, and special events
Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant dining environment (health & safety standards)
Assist with inventory, ordering, and basic cost control as directed by the GM
