We are looking for a compassionate Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in Glenallen, MO to provide assistance in daily living and personal care services in patients’ homes in accordance with a physician established care plan.
This role is a 1099 contract opportunity, with care being provided at the patient’s residence. The current scheduling needs for this position will be established between the HHA/CNA, patient, and case manager.
Shift: 8 hours a week. Perfect for someone looking for PRN or Part time.

#PIQResponsibilities
Executes physician prescribed plans of care and compliant documentation of care provided in system of record.
Administers prescribed treatments, and therapies.
Performs patient assessments, coordination of care.
Performs various activities associated with daily living, communications, and monitoring of vitals while working at the patient’s home.
Will be working with patients in a comfortable environment where the service is one-on-one.
Communicates with family members, doctors, and other prescribed individuals regarding the health of patients.
Performs other personal care services as necessary to meet the patient’s needs.Requirements
Current CPR, First Aid, and 2-Step TB Test
Prefer experience in a clinical care setting, home health preferred.
Good interpersonal skills.
Prolonged standing and walking required, with ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and move patients.
Requires hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
