Job Summary

o We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales and Marketing Executive to drive business growth in Trade Fair.

o The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new market opportunities, managing client relationships, executing sales strategies and contributing to overall brand performance in the region.

Responsibilities;

o Identify and develop new business opportunities in Trade Fair Market to expand customer base and drive revenue growth.

o Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, wholesalers, and distributors to enhance customer loyalty and satisfaction.

o Implement sales strategies to meet and exceed assigned sales targets, ensuring consistent product availability and visibility across the territory.

o Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer behaviour to provide actionable insights that support sales and marketing strategies.

o Conduct product presentations, coordinate roadshows, and participate in promotional campaigns to increase product awareness and boost sales.

o Provide accurate and timely reports on sales performance, market activities, stock levels, and customer feedback to management.

o Liaise with internal departments (e.g., logistics, customer service) to ensure timely delivery of goods and resolution of client issues.

Qualifications / Requirements;

o Minimum of OND / HND / B.Sc. in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

o Minimum of 2 years’ experience in field sales, preferably within the FMCG or food manufacturing industry.

o Strong knowledge of the Lagos market and its distribution channels.

o Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.

o Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.

o Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting tools.

o Candidate must reside in Trade Fair, Iyana-Oba, Ojo axis.
