Pharmacy Manager – Independent Pharmacy

Location: Chillicothe, MO

Schedule: Monday–Friday, Saturday rotation 9:00am -1:00pm; one consistent day off every week

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily pharmacy operations, ensuring compliance with all state and federal regulations.

Provide exceptional patient care, including medication counseling, MTM services, immunizations, and other clinical services.

Lead, mentor, and support pharmacy staff to maintain a collaborative and patient-centered culture.

Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize therapy and improve patient health outcomes.

Manage inventory, workflow, and pharmacy performance metrics.

Qualifications

Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or equivalent degree.

Current and unrestricted pharmacist license in Missouri.

Prior management or leadership experience preferred, but not required.

Strong clinical knowledge, communication skills, and a passion for serving the community.
