Fleet Controller

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Leadership – Manage drivers, fleet, and resources to ensure smooth daily operations.

Task-Focused Efficiency – Maintain schedules, optimize routes, and oversee time management to minimize costs.

Data & Reporting – Utilize Excel to track hours, costs, and operational metrics with precision.

Compliance & Risk Management – Ensure adherence to industry regulations while minimizing operational errors.

Process Improvement – Learn and implement new systems, including RF scanning and pallet control.

Team Accountability – Lead by example, fostering a culture of accountability, professional work ethic, and high-quality service.

What You Will Need:

Driving Experience – Understanding of transport operations from the ground up.

Strong Report Writing Skills – Ability to document performance and compliance effectively.

Proven Excel Expertise – Confident in data analysis, cost tracking, and scheduling.

Time Management & Task Focus – Deliver outcomes efficiently while maintaining accuracy.

Knowledge of Regulations – A solid grasp of dangerous goods segregation and equipment configuration.

Leadership & Team Empowerment – Promote company values and drive team success.

Great Knowledge of the Brisbane area – know where you are sending drivers.
