Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Ahmedabad for a Salesperson. The Salesperson will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the purchasing process of gold and silver products. Duties include maintaining and organizing merchandise displays, achieving sales targets, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service. Additional tasks may include processing transactions and assisting in inventory management.

Qualifications

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Sales experience, preferably in the jewelry or bullion industry

Customer service and relationship-building skills

Ability to handle transactions and manage inventory

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining product quality

Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and basic computer applications

High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or related field is a plus.

Salary : Up to 32,000/-
