Job Summary

We’re looking for licensed therapists in Tennessee who are ready to bring their expertise into a remote setting. As part of our telehealth team, you’ll provide therapy sessions for individuals and families, helping them build resilience and improve emotional health. This is a full-time opportunity with a steady schedule and supportive team environment.

Schedule & Compensation

Monday–Friday 9 AM – 5 PM

$100,000 – $110,000 annually

Responsibilities

Deliver therapy through secure video platforms

Create and manage personalized treatment goals

Maintain accurate and timely records

Coordinate care with colleagues to strengthen outcomes

Continue growing through ongoing training

Requirements

Master’s degree in Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Social Work

Licensed in Tennessee (LPC, LCSW, LMFT)

At least two years of therapy experience

Strong communication skills in a remote environment
