Deputy Manager (MG3) - Plant Maintenance Department

Review & Monitor performance of the line/section.

Establish job priorities and time frames for personal reporting to him.

Prepare AOP budget with GL & get approval for his line/section.

Monitor, co-ordinate & control the activities of personnel reporting to him.

Establish & Review KRA of personnel reporting to him.

Exercise the administrative controls as per Personnel department guidelines.

Minimize the Breakdown loss on machine/equipment in respective area by breakdown analysis.

Support to Project / ME dept. for Machine shifting and erection activity.

Prepare critical spare parts list.

Carry out calibration activity and AMC services as per plan.

Attend machines under breakdown. Maintain machine history cards.

Establish, review & monitor Machine Spare Management System & maintenance expenses, oil management system within line/section.

Plan and execute Planned, Preventive, and Predicative Maintenance Activities for machines and equipment’s.

Timely update & get approval for QMS/EMS document.

Implementation of IMS Objectives, Targets & Programmes & get approval from UL.

Participate to Investigate root cause of various incident (Accident, Near miss, repetitive, Major, costly Break-down) Investigate Accidents with support from the Safety Officer.

Prepare,review & update status of Corrective & Preventive actions, implementation of actions generated through various IMS audits, Incident Investigations repetitive, Major, costly Break-down, .

Strive to maintain zero breakdown and continual improvements.
