Junior Software Trainee (0 1 Year Experience)

We are looking for a passionate and self-motivated Junior Software Trainee to join our development team. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers and early-stage professionals to kickstart their careers in software development and gain hands-on experience with one of the fastest-growing programming languages.

Key Responsibilities

· Learn and apply Golang fundamentals and best practices.

· Assist in the design, development, testing, and maintenance of backend services and APIs.

· Work closely with senior developers to understand system requirements and architecture.

· Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.

· Participate in code reviews, debugging, and performance tuning.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Frontend, QA, and DevOps.

· Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies.

Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or a related field.

· Strong understanding of programming fundamentals, data structures, and algorithms.

· 0–1 year of experience in software development (freshers are welcome to apply).

· Willingness to learn, adapt, and work under pressure.

· Knowledge of databases (SQL/NoSQL) is an added advantage.

· Good problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

· Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities.

Location Preference: Candidates from Kerala are strongly preferred.
