**Job Title: Identity Assurance Intern (CyberArk & Privileged Access Management)**
**Location: Hologic Costa Rica**
**Department: Information Security / Identity Assurance**
**Role Overview:**
As an Identity Assurance Intern, you will support the Identity Assurance team in ensuring secure and compliant access to critical systems. Your primary focus will be on Privileged Access Management (PAM) using CyberArk, helping to safeguard sensitive accounts and credentials, and assisting with the implementation and monitoring of identity assurance processes.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Assist in the administration, maintenance, and support of the CyberArk PAM solution.
+ Help monitor privileged account activity and investigate anomalies or unauthorized access attempts.
+ Participate in onboarding and offboarding privileged accounts, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to security policies.
+ Support periodic access reviews, privilege audits, and compliance reporting.
+ Collaborate with IT and security teams to automate and streamline PAM workflows.
+ Contribute to the development and updating of documentation, runbooks, and standard operating procedures related to PAM.
+ Aid in the configuration and testing of CyberArk components (Vault, PVWA, CPM, PSM).
+ Stay current with best practices in identity assurance, PAM, and CyberArk features.
+ Assist in user training and awareness programs regarding privileged access security.
**Qualifications:**
+ Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
+ Basic understanding of identity and access management concepts.
+ Interest in cybersecurity, especially privileged access management.
+ Familiarity with CyberArk or other PAM solutions is a plus.
+ Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
+ Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
+ Detail-oriented and eager to learn new technologies.
