+ Lead and develop a team of Facilities Managers across QLD on a mix of Ultra-Premium, A-grade and some B-grade assets

+ Act as the key client interface, delivering strategic property advice and ensuring exceptional outcomes

+ Take full ownership of budgets, contracts, compliance, capital works and lifecycle planning
