Shipper Level 3 - 1st Shift

Phillips Staffing is seeking a Level 3 Shipper to work for a reputable golf equipment distributor in Greer, SC. This is a direct hire position with excellent benefits!

Job Summary: The Level 3 Shipper is primarily responsible for picking, packing, shipping orders, and training other associates while maintaining safety and accuracy standards.

Responsibilities:

Pick, pack, and ship orders accurately and efficiently

Stage products for shipment and maintain packaging supply inventory

Operate RF scanners and manage ERP/WMS systems (Oracle E1, Manhattan Scale)

Ensure picking accuracy and scan one order at a time

Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workstation

Participate in safety meetings and wear PPE when required

Ability to complete “Train the Trainer course” and administer training to other associatesQualifications:

High school diploma or GED required

Experience with ERP/WMS systems preferred

Familiarity with RF scanners and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently

Reliable attendance and ability to work under pressurePhysical Requirements:

Stand for 8â 10 hours; frequent walking, bending, and reaching

Lift up to 40 lbs.

Work in a non-climate-controlled warehouse environmentShift Schedule: 1st Shift, 6:00 am â 3:00 pm

Pay Rate: $19/Hour
