Accountant Corporate Accountant

Job Responsibilities

Your role as an Accountant will be prioritizing the below responsibilities:

Prepare and maintain bank account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies

Prepare and post journal entries as needed (Intercompany, fixed assets, payroll, etc.)

Accomplishing financial controls to safeguard assets and ensure data accuracy

Perform and review balance sheet reconciliations

Develop assign tasks for MEC (Month End Closing) with entries and reports

Collaborating with cross-functional teams and other accounting projects

Supporting audits ensuring all documentation and processes meet regulatory and compliance standards

Required Skills, Experience, and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field

2+ years of experience in accounting (desire for multinational environments)

Knowledge of GAAP and/or IFRS, tax regulations, and compliance standards

MS Office Knowledge and familiarity with relevant ERP such as SAP, Dynamics, etc.

Analytical skills with a proven track record of identifying/resolving financial discrepancies

English is a must; another language is a value added (plus, not excluding)
