EF International Language Campuses is looking for an entrepreneurial, sales and marketing driven Office Manager in Monterrey the regional presence to the next level!

As leader of the region, your top priority will be to drive sales and grow market share through telemarketing and personal consultations. In addition, you will lead Marketing activities and the development of your region with a special focus in schools and university partnerships. You have the full ownership of your Sales region, but you operate in a truly international environment among a dynamic team.

As part of the management team, you will play a key role in defining the success of the country.

Your main responsibilities are:

Sales

Drive sales of our education programs

Sales management including target setting, daily pipeline follow-up

Develop, execute, and meet short and long-term sales goals

Understand and beat previous year’s sales targets

Marketing

Execution of off and online campaigns and large events in the region e.g., student fairs and competitions

Business development with companies, schools, and universities

Closely monitor changes in the market and competition and always be 5 steps ahead

Operations

Drive customer relationship management and retention program

Crisis management and complaint handling

Cooperation with our production units across the world

Qualifications:

Detailed insider knowledge of the region

Minimum 3 years of direct sales experience for a fast-paced growth company, preferably international and in a service-oriented sector or leading company

A bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in marketing, business administration, hospitality industry or a related discipline

Experience desired in lead generation and execution of marketing plans

Fluency in both written and spoken Spanish and English

Strong networker

Experience from either living or studying abroad

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills

A clear understanding of education system in Mexico and a potential network within the educational institutes are a big plus.
