Qualifications:
Must have a helpdesk-type background (hardware and software troubleshooting experience).
Familiar with operating systems troubleshooting.
Knowledge of Microsoft products is required.
Must have experience supporting a BPO environment.
Minimum of 6 months of QA or related experience.
Must be an IT graduate or an undergraduate with at least 2 years of college.
Candidates with telco or general tech backgrounds are not accepted (automatically rejected).
