We are seeking an Insurance Sales Representative to join our expanding team. This role is ideal for individuals who are motivated, customer-focused, and eager to build a rewarding career in the insurance industry. You will prospect and develop new business, educate clients on coverage options, and create tailored solutions that protect families and assets.

Base pay of $20-$25 per hour, depending on experience

Commission and bonus opportunities

Responsibilities

Prospect and generate new leads for auto, home, life, and other insurance products

Conduct needs-based reviews to educate clients and recommend tailored solutions

Build and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention

Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional Allstate products and services

Perform policy reviews for existing clients to ensure proper coverage

Requirements

Strong interest in sales and customer service

Ability to obtain and maintain Property and Casualty and Life and Health licenses

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

Confident, motivated, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment

Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
