Associate Attorney

Job Description

We are seeking an Associate Attorney to become a part of our team! Our firm practices in commercial litigation, real estate litigation, personal injury law, and consumer class actions. This is a dynamic growing young firm looking for an associate attorney seeking to learn multiple areas of law and contribute throughout the various practice areas. We ask that this candidate have 2+ years experience in personal injury law.

Responsibilities:

Represent clients in court or before government agencies

Prepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clients

Negotiate settlements for legal disputes

Prepare and assist with hearings/trials

Qualifications:

2+ years in personal injury law

Familiarity with various legal documents

Familiarity with case management software

Strong analytical and problem solving skills

Ability to build rapport with clients and staff

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Willingness to continue to learn and take on greater responsibilities/grow with the firmCompany Description
